I had gotten nachos only meat, cheese and sour cream and was woken up in the middle of the night due to stomach pain. I had terrible diarrhea and then vomited. I had vomited 7 more times that day and had lost my appetite for 2 days after that, every time I ate something I felt sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
