On Monday, April 8th I purchased a bean burrito, a beef doritos burrito, and a cheesy chicken quesadilla from the Taco Bell. After approximately 2 hours while at work started having stomach cramping and diarrhea, continued to have diarrhea for 3 days until Thursday, April 11th at which time I ended up going to an urgent care where I didn't receive a lot of help and then went to another urgent care on Friday morning, April 12th and was sent to the hospital. Various tests were done as the urgent care dr. thought it was my gall bladder causing my symptoms. After CT scan found no gall bladder issue other findings came. Anyway I believe I had food poisoning on this day and not sure if anyone else reported same from this location on or around this date. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
