I ate and got the combo with a Mexican pizza and two taco supremes. It tasted bad and also had lettuce. I think the Mexican pizza shell was also old. I have had horrible gas, purpling, and diarrhea for 2 days. It’s the worst sickness I have ever had. I think it was something serious but luckily I have a good immune system. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas
