Food Safety Report: Taco Bell, Chouteau Avenue, St. Louis, MO, USA.

Taco Bell, Chouteau Avenue, St. Louis, MO, USA

501 Chouteau Avenue, St. Louis, 63102 Missouri, United States

On 03/25/2018, I purchased 16 soft Tacos, 2 chili cheese burritos and a 5 dollar nacho cheese fries box. My kids ate the tacos and did not get sick. My girlfriend ate the nacho fries box and did not get sick. I ate the two chili cheese burritos. The next day my stomach was really hurting in the morning, but I went to work anyway. By the time I got off I was in so much pain I could barely move. I had diarrhea, a fever, nausea, and vomitting. I called off work today and I'm still in bed after two days. I haven't been able to really eat much since eating at this Taco Bell. I'm pretty sure it was the chili that made me sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
