Everyone who ate the ground beef (tacos and Mexican pizza) got food poisoning. Diarrhea, vomiting, stomach cramps occurred within 6 hours of eating it for dinner late in the evening and lasted for 24 hours. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
