Taco Bell Produce Concerns - Taco Bell, Yorktown Heights New York

I recently had two Taco Bell hard-shell taco supremes. I asked for no tomato, but I did have lettuce on them. It has been a few days and I have had two episodes of fiercely watery bowels since. I know that the current bug requires two weeks of gestation, so I will monitor this, but I do suspect the Taco Bell in Yorktown Heights may have an issue with their produce that may or may not be part of this parasite issue. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
