Went through taco bell drive thru 9.21 around 3:20 p.m. I ordered nachos and a hard taco, and the person I was with ate cheese roll up. We both ended up with diarrhea despite this being my go-to meal for a decade and never getting sick from it. I ate the food and as soon as I got into my house...for the next 4 hours I had bad stomach cramps, liquid diarrhea, and weakness.
