I had a crunch wrap supreme around 11pm last night.. 3 hours later I had this ridiculous cramps and bowl movement then started the diarrhea immediately after the vomiting none stop! I have a fast metabolism I'm also 3 months into my pregnancy. . And my spouse had the exact same meal as I did and is perfectly fine he just felt a little icky! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
