I went to Taco Bell 199 north pecos Henderson NV 89014 @ 070645 10102018.Order number 376636. Ordered combo 4 Mexican pizza tasted like trash something tasted burnt. After eating a little bit I ended up throwing it in the trash. And hour or so my jaws started getting salty and Ive been vomiting for the last hour. So I throw away the rest of my sons food to. Now Im cramping and still throwing up | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
