I went to Taco Bell for a chicken taco Fresca and loaded potato griller. I chose this location thinkin It was clean. However a couple hours after eating it I was nauseas, had sweats & chills. Literally ran to bathroom 5/6 times dry heaving as well. Stomach has sharp pain. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain, Sweating
