On June 9th 2016 I went to the Taco Bell on Herndon and Clovis Ave in Clovis, Ca in the am between 9:30am and 10:30am. Ordered a breakfast taco (sausage, egg, cheese) and a hash brown. Around 11:30am I started feeling bubbling and cramping in my stomach. This proceeded to the point I was sweating and had to go to the bathroom. I sat there cramping and needing to vomit at the same time. This continued through the day to the point at work I had to come home early around 1:30pm it is now 5:55pm and I am still sick and having stomach cramps, nausea, fever, sweats, vomiting and diarrhea. I am very unhappy being that this is my second day on my new job. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
