~I sent my husband to pick up a chicken power menu bowl. I did notice that the chicken seemed like it had been sitting out, (Dried) and the avocado tasted a bit weird, but I ate half of it because I had just got done with my workout and needed something fast. About 15 mins later I had to RUN to the bathroom, and again soon right after. My stomach was cramping up really badly. I feel like I have to go back to the bathroom. Right now I'm laying down in bed as I type this, trying to settle my stomach. :( | Symptoms: Diarrhea
