Taco Illness: Severe Symptoms - Taco Bell, West Mifflin Pennsylvania

Ate there Thursday around 10:30 am felt good noticed the meat looked a little different and tase wasn’t the same I ordered 3 soft tacos only ate one. It was around 3pm same day driving home I started to get really sick. Got home was puking and freezing cold then was running a fever and had diarrhea. This went on from 3:30-5am the next day all night was puking about every 15-30 mins. I have never been this sick befor. The tacos were there regular soft tacos with meat cheese and lettuce and I use there mild and hot sauce. The Quesadilla was just there regular cheese and meat also used mild and hot sauce on it. Drink was pink lemonade. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
