Chicken Bowl Illness Report - Taco Bell, San Jose California

So twice now I have gotten immediately sick from Taco Bell on Monterey Rd. in San Jose Ca. I had a chicken power bowl with refried beans instead of black beans. I immediately had stomach discomfort and had to go to the bathroom. Diarrhea. I had stomach pain, chills all over my upper body and in my face. It was horrible. After I used the restroom I felt much better almost instantly. I had the same power bowl at my home base Taco Bell many times and this gas never happened to me. Something is up with this issue. I talked to the manager on duty and he told me that they don't make anything different than other Taco Bells, but the lettuce they serve; even if it looks a little old, they use it and sell it to customers!!! I need to find out what happened! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Chills, Stomach Pain, Gas
