Quesadilla Causes Severe Diarrhea - Taco Bell, Huntington Station New York

Around 3am, friday morning, i ordered a steak quesadilla with lettuce. I ate it then went to sleep shortly after. I woke up around noon feeling very fatigued and a bit nauseated. I eat breakfast and immediately after i start feeling a pain in my gut. Diarrhea shorty followed and the nausea increased. It's been about 30 hours since eating the taco bell as im writing this and my stomach is not any better. Still have violent diarreah and crippling stomach pain. I believe there could have been something in the lettuce | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
