On June 11th 2024 I ended my work day in the shopping center where this Taco Bell is located. I was hungry so I ran for the border. I got the Mexican pizza 2 taco supreme combo. I ate my meal in my vehicle right away. I remember looking at the time as I was about to drive home, 6:00 pm, it’s a one hour commute for me. I get home, talk to my wife, play with my kid, play with the dogs, normal home routine. At about 1:00 am I wake up to a pain in my stomach, I ran to the toilet, start to throw up. Only a little bit of TC came out, lettuce and tomatoes then the bile followed. I got up three more times that night, and my stomach is still in pain. No more Taco Bell fo me. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Bile
