The only thing I had to eat today was this. I picked up lunch around 12:30 PM and I bought the nachos meal along with two cheese roll ups. Ate all except one cheese rollup which I saved for later, and started throwing up around 3:00 PM. Just threw up again around 8 PM. My second vomiting episode was much more than the first. I haven’t eaten anything else but I did drink a soda that I got from them also. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea
