I ordered through Drive thru for myself and my two sons on 5/3/16 @ 3:14 pm. I arrived home around 5:00 pm. I ate the #5 combo ( taco September and nacho BellGrande) my 17 year old had 2 crunch wrap supremes and the 5 year old son ate Doritos tacos . I woke around 2:30 am in severe stomach pains Diarrhea and Vomitting and nausea. Around 3:00 am my 5 year old woke up with same symptoms. Around 5:30 I woke my 17 year old he experienced the same symptoms. I called my Sister in Law to take us to the ER. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
