Quesadilla Illness, Yellow Water - Taco Bell, Anaheim California

6 years ago reported by user-hnnmb561 business

Taco Bell, S Harbor Blvd, Anaheim, CA 92805, USA

1212 South Harbor Boulevard, Anaheim, 92805 California, United States

My son ate a cheese and chicken quesadilla and it was mushy.. He said it tasted nice then I ordered another one and took a bite, then realised it was definitely not good... So he woke up this morning vomiting each hour for the last seven hours. I also have a very bad headache which I know is what I get if im fighting gastro bug... So whilst I'm not Vomiting I'm sure it was taco bell. I'm very disappointed as we are on holiday from Australia. It's dangerous for little kids and babies., It was definitely the food there, and by the way the drinking water supply was yellow, when poured into a plastic cup. My son was vomiting every hour between 630am to 740pm yesterday. It was terrible to watch. My husband ordered the nachos / taco combo. He ate the taco, which was fine. I had a power bowl, however the Nachos was the part of the meal he could not eat, and I tasted it as well... It was like tinned cat food and there was no distinct difference in taste between the cheese and the meat / ground up brown stuff blended in with the yellow sauce... Not easy to explain, but not edible | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Gas, Headache
