Severe GI Symptoms After Meal - Taco Bell, Arlington Texas

I ordered a cheese quesadilla, spicy potato soft taco, tostada, and chips with queso last night. I became aggressively ill with several gastrointestinal symptoms within 4 hours of eating and spent much of the early morning hours dry-heaving while on the toilet with diarrhea, stomach cramps/bubbling, fever, and chills until my body finally ran out of strength, and I passed out in my bed.
