I ordered a cheese quesadilla, spicy potato soft taco, tostada, and chips with queso last night. I became aggressively ill with several gastrointestinal symptoms within 4 hours of eating and spent much of the early morning hours dry-heaving while on the toilet with diarrhea, stomach cramps/bubbling, fever, and chills until my body finally ran out of strength, and I passed out in my bed. I nearly had to go to the hospital because my symptoms were severe and had a rapid onset. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Gas
