Saturday night(11/12/22) I had a Mexican pizza and a Doritos taco, both without tomatoes. I have not eaten outside of my home for over a month. I woke up Sunday morning with severe stomach pain and had diarrhea throughout the day. Today is Monday morning and my symptoms have not subsided. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
