Chicken Bowl Illness Suspected - Taco Bell, Oakland Tennessee

Got the chicken power bowl for dinner. After eating I got a bad taste in my mouth and belched a lot. Later that evening I threw up constantly and had diarrhea to a point that I got dehydrated. I also had stomach pain. Usually the place is clean and organized and recently I have learned a relative that lives in Memphis got sick from Taco Bell too at a Memphis location so I think it is factory related. The lettuce & Tomato is what I first vomited up btw.. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Burping
