Beef Burrito Illness: Severe - Taco Bell,

12 years ago reported by user-zbrd8761

Taco Bell
Saturday, November 2, I had a beef and bean burrito and my wife had a bean burrito. About 12 hours after eating I became violently ill. I lost almost 10 lbs in a day due to vomiting and diarrhea. I expect the meat was either out of range and had bacteria or their was cross contamination. My wife did not get sick. The drive through took over 15 minutes which should have been a warning sign that things were not run properly. Of I were the health inspector I would check their temps after 9pm on weekends. What I had would have hospitalized a child or an elderly person may not have recovered from the severe dehydration and weakness. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration, Weakness
