Late Night Burrito Illness - Taco Bell, Aurora Illinois

Yesterday November 7th 2020 i ordered it at around 11PM through Doordash. I ordered 3 bean and rice burritos (one I added stake, the second had chicken, and the 3rd had seasoned beef), and a large mountain dew. Within an hour I had a terrible stomach ache despite taking 3 tums immediately after i was finished eating. Since then my stomach is still hurting terribly and it is November 8th 2020 4PM. I have been struggling to p*op and I never have issues going to the bathroom. I know I'm not dehydrated because I have already had 64 oz of water today. | Symptoms: Nausea, Other, Dehydration, Stomach Pain
