My friend and I each ordered a shredded chicken burrito, steak quesadilla, nacho cheese and guacamole. Within hours, both of us were throwing up severely and bedridden the next few days. She missed several days of work and we were so sick and nauseous we couldn't eat anything other than ice. It's been days now and we still feel weakened and exhausted. My schedule has been completely thrown off because of this. I am a regular customer at Taco Bell but this was my first time eating at this location, and this has never happened to me before at any other location. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness
