Party taco box of 12. 6 crispy and 6 soft. 4 chicken taquitos. Had guacamole for th dip. Mild and Hot sauce. About 2 hours after it, had diarrhea. After that, every 30 minutes or so I had diarrhea accompanied with vomiting. About 5 hours after eating, my wife also started vomiting, and my step son also started vomiting. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
