Several times now, after eating Honey Oaks Cheerios, I have vomited and had diarrhoea. It lasts for an hour or 2 after consumption. I have stopped eating Cheerios. Please advise if there are other things I should do.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Steak Fajitas eaten on Friday, 12/15/17, at 5:30pm at the Los Cabos in Jenks. Felt crampy Saturday morning with diarrhea. Foolishly had my leftovers of steak fajitas at 2pm on Saturday. 2 hours after i threw up twice and continued to have diarrhea.
