Chicken quesadilla, bean burrito with sour cream and crunchy taco all eaten on 3/22 in the evening less than 12 hours later on 3/23 extreme diarrhea and vomiting, diarrhea still continues 3/24 and vomiting again 3/25 when i tried to eat again | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
