I had the Beef Nacho Plate without nacho cheese & without cheddar cheese. I had 1 beef crunchy taco without cheese. 1 little cup of salsa.

Husband ate very similar but no salsa and he wasn't suck. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
