Last night (approximately 8:30 pm EST Feb 1st, 2019) I stopped and got a grilled chicken burrito, potato oles, 2 churros, cheese sauce, and guacamole. I ate most of the burrito and dipped it in the guac. My son ate potato oles and chesee sauce. About 6 hours after eating I woke myself up vomiting. I ran to the bathroom and continued vomiting for 4 hours. I ate nothing else and the burrito contents was what was coming up, still, 6 hours later. Ever since I have been nauseous and have diarrhea. I don't know what was wrong with it, but I am sick as can be from it. I pray no one else has been affected because this is misery. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
