Chicken soft taco, chicken crisp burrito, Baja fish taco, ranch, hot sauce. Food tasted funny and not fresh. Stomach pain and gas around 4 hours after eating. Severe stomach pains around 6-8 hour mark. Seriously severe stomach pains and urgency to use the bathroom. Severe burning diarrhea twice, can see lettuce and food from Taco Bell. Nausea, stomach hurting, diarrhea won't stop | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Stomach Pain
