June 14, 2021 visited the restaurant. I had two steak tacos and the Mexican corn. Since that night, I have had constant diarrhea, nausea and vomiting for the past month. Two emergency room visits and primary care visits. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
