On June 6th 2023, i had a bowl of Special K cereal with them Good And Gather original Oat Milk. About 45 minutes later I got severe chills and nausea, eventually vomiting really hard several times. After about an hour that stopped but then I had diarrhea for another hour or two. I felt awful for 2 days eating only crackers and toast. Then on June 9th I had another bowl of a different box of cereal with the same oat milk. Again I got very bad chills and nausea after 30-40 minutes. Didn't actually vomit this time, just gagged. The diarrhea was much worse than the first time. It lasted until later in the evening. Both bowls of cereal were eaten in the early morning, before I had anything else. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
