Chicken-Apple Sausage Illness - Target, Hillsboro Oregon

Aisles chicken and apple, Ate a week ago. Ate dinner with gusto incl green beans and corn all cooked cooked well. As soon as I lay down for bed I got nauseous then started throwing up all stomach contents for 2-3 hours, frequent bms, and very nauseous for one more day. I ate 1/2 sausage. Mother also thought she would throw up in same time frame but managed to hold food down but also had a headache. Daughter and dad who also ate 1/2 and whole respectively were fine. I am fine now. Hard to say if it was a virus or the food but as soon as I emptied my stomach I could rest. Purchased 9/23 here, consumed 9/28 | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache
