Beef Noodle Teriyaki Illness - Teriyaki Experience, Toronto Ontario

I ordered the Beef Noodle Teriyaki (for lunch) on Tuesday, June 13th, 2017. Food was prepared in front of me and the meal tasted fine. After approx. 2 hours, I started to feel nauseous and left work. Once I got home, I had diarrhea and was vomiting on and off for 3 hours straight. I'm certain it was from Teriyaki Expereince because all I had was a banana and a bottled water in the morning. The next day I thought I was hit by the truck. My whole body was exhausted and in pain, including a horrible headache. I went to see my doctor the next day after I've recovered a bit. I was told to drink lots of water to flush out the toxins in my body. I have fully recovered, six days later. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Body Ache
