I purchased a Tesco meal deal which included a ham, cheese and mayo sub and chicken satay sticks. Within 3 hours I started to feel nauseous and fatigued followed by painful stomach cramps and very bad diarrhoea. I also feel like I want to vomit. I have taken Immodium but the visits to the toilet continue. I felt perfectly well before eating the food. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Fatigue
