Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Nausea,Vomiting,Fever,Stomach Pain,ChillsSuspected source: Supermarket guacamole
Onset: Seven hours
Duration: 14 hours
Sick: One
Additional information: I just forced myself to vomit. Pain is a little less.
Had constant stomach pain until now.
Feel I have slight temperature. Feel very weak.

Update: Thanks for the sentiments guys. I'm certain that it was the Tesco Guacamole, because I had this with hummus and pitta bread in the evening and hadn't eaten since breakfast. Samples have gone to labs, but whether there's enough evidence for a prosecution remains to be seen. The local Food Safety Dept in my Council have been great.
