As soon as I got home from the restaurant, 15 minutes away, I had a bad case of diarrhea. I had a 6 Oz sirloin steak with mushrooms and onions, a Caesar salad, seasoned rice, and a dinner roll with unsweetened iced tea as a drink. I think it was the onions and mushrooms that caused it. My husband only had the mushrooms as he is gluten free, but he also endured a digestive issue, just not as bad as me. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
