Ribeye Meal Causes Illness

I had a 16oz ribeye with a baked potato, green beans and fried pickles for appetizer. Also an iced tea. I got a horrible stomach ache about 6 hours later and had diarrhea and horrible vomiting and a fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever
