Date Closed: 01/09/2020The Blue Parrott was temporarily closed January 9th, after a health inspector documented 28 violations. The issues included:
-raw tuna stored in the same container with cooked tuna
-expired lasagna dated Dec 23 and corned beef Dec 27th
-black/green mold like substance in the ice machine
-no soap at a kitchen hand washing sink
Among the 28 violations, the health inspector also reported finding more than a hundred rodent droppings in the dry storage area, next to the microwave, under the deli cooler and in the bar area.
