- Several unlabeled spray bottles with liquid in the facility

- Dishwasher in bar area observed dispensing no chlorine at time of inspection (bar area has no other method of washing dishes

- Staff state large cutting boards were only washed once a night
Hand sink blocked by a freezer during inspection

- Observed beer cheese in hot holding unit at 125 degrees. All hot-holding time/temperature control for safety (TCS) foods must be maintained at or above 135 degrees to prevent bacterial growth and ensure food safety

- Observed food and food contact surfaces throughout basement kitchen area, such as baking trays, open dry ingredients, sugar packets, bowls, equipment lids, top of dishwasher, etc. in contact with mouse/rat feces
