Gastritis from Restaurant Meal - The Cheesecake Factory, Raleigh North Carolina

I ordered Cheesecake Factory though DoorDash on Monday. I got the egg roll sampler and Korean BBQ cauliflower. The next day I started my period and began getting diarrhea/fever/chills/body aches, I assumed all of this had to do with my cycle but the symptoms lasted for a week even after my period went off. I became extremely dehydrated and lightheaded, I end up going to the emergency room to find out I had Acute Gastritis from eating something with bacteria in it. Cheesecake Factory was the only place I ate at the entire week, I mainly cook my own food and shop at the farmers market for fruits & produce. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Chills, Headache, Lightheaded, Body Ache, Gas, Dehydration
