BBQ Burger, Egg Rolls Illness - The Cheesecake Factory, Irvine California

Hello, I would like to report a suspected foodborne illness involving The Cheesecake Factory at Irvine Spectrum. My son and his friend ate at the restaurant on June 2 at approximately 7:00 PM. They both ate the Smokehouse BBQ Burger and avocado egg rolls. Approximately 2.5 hours after eating, both boys became severely ill and began vomiting repeatedly. My son experienced projectile vomiting and became so sick that he suffered tears in his esophagus from the severity of the vomiting. His friend experienced similar symptoms around the same timeframe. Because both boys ate the same food items and became ill within hours of dining there, we are concerned this may be related to something they ate at the restaurant. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
