Suspected source: Shrimp scampi with pasta and I noticed large cooked cloves of garlic which I tried to pick out. We bought it at the Cheesecake Factory in Boise Idaho on December 24th 2024.
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: Several days
Sick: Me
