Chicken Meal Causes Illness - The Crazy Crab, Hilton Head Island South Carolina

My husband and I are here for vacation which has just turned into a nightmare. Hopefully he is better tomorrow. We ate here tonight, arrived at 8:30 got our food at about 9 and finished near 10:00 I got snow crab legs, my husband got teriyaki grilled chicken with a side of veggies(broccoli , carrots, and green beans) they were steamed I believe, mashed potatoes. He said it tasted off and not fresh. He ate one of the breasts and we took the other one to go. About 4 hours later(an adequate amount of time for food poisoning to settle in) we laid down to go to bed and he said he felt queasy he fell asleep for maybe 15-20 mins while I was still awake and he jumped up to go to the bathroom and started violently gagging and puking so hard that his stomach and groin area cramped up. He was as pale as a ghost, weak, and shaking. We still have the other breast and will get it tested. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Other, Weakness, Shaking
