Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
Suspected source: Pizza. Pepperoni Sausage Green Peppers Olives
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Additional information: 36 hours later still very weak. 3hours after eating pizza was throwing up This lasted all night Friday 11/22. I could finally walk Saturday night but was extremely weak | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Weakness
