Spaghetti Reheated, Illness Follows - The Horse Shoe Bar, Sorrento Campania

Myself and my husband had a meal at 22:00 on 16th August 2025 at the horse shoe bar in Sorrento, Italy. I had spaghetti bolognaise and my husband had a smash burger. My meal tasted reheated. Prior to this meal we had only eaten toast. After 2 hours of eating the meal I vomited. I brought my whole meal up, my husband didn’t. The next day we both had loose bowels but nothing major. Sunday all we ate was a plate of chips. On Monday 18th my husband began to feel ill, only ate a slice of toast and came home from work extremely unwell and has been in bed since. He has vomiting, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, fever, exteme fatigue and headache. He has been to hospital who have confirmed he has food poisoning, possibly E.coli with this meal being the only thing that could have caused it. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
