I enjoyed a fun filled night with my family. After I ate the sourdough bread I was fine. It wasn’t until the pesto salad I started feel some activity in my stomach which I thought was okay. I thought it was the sourdough. After I ate the fettuccini that’s when everything started to go downhill. I had the stomach gurglies. I quickly excused myself twice in 20 minutes to purge my stomach from both ends. Yes, vomit and diarrhea. Once I got home things really started to turn I have been in the bathroom in and out in 5 minute increments for the last hour. T-T, debating to go to the ER. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
