Food consumed: Seafood Platter (sharing with colleague and I only took 3 prawns) + mushroom soup.
Afternoon, I had Yakun Kopi O
At around 5+, I started having watery diarrhoea. Around 7+, started feeling unwell, watery diarrhoea, vomiting (throwing up garlicky hence I suspect it could be the soup), low-grade fever 37.3 and chills. It lasted for almost 4 hours before I went to bed feeling nauseous | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills
