I ordered the Rice Bowl with Meatless Chorizo. I ate most of my food, leaving only a couple bites left. Immediately afterwards I felt a tightness and pressure around my stomach, within two hours it had increased dramatically along with nausea and a sense of passing out. Before making it home I was already vomiting up most of my food. On the drive home I started getting a fever, body aches, chills, dehydration, fatigue along with an headache. Later that night I threw up again. The nausea, fever, body aches, chills, dehydration, fatigue, and headache lasted for the entirety of the next day. After sleeping for almost 23 hours over the course of two days I still had body aches, fatigue, and a light headache which took another day to recover from. My friend had a similar meal and did not get sick, however his did not have the meatless chorizo. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Something else, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Dehydration, Fatigue, Body Ache
